Gromman Voice Marketplace Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Gromman Voice Marketplace, Gromman Voice Assistants, or any related services provided by Gromman LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, stop using the service immediately.

2. About the Service

We provide:

• Marketplace for AI voice assistants
• Integration tools for websites, apps, and phone systems
• Voice processing through partners (Twilio, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, etc.)
• Telephony services, billing, analytics, and developer APIs

We may update or modify the service at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using the service, you confirm that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
• You act on behalf of yourself or your business
• Your use complies with relevant laws and regulations

4. User Accounts

Certain features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain security, and remain responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or illegal use.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid services or voice usage require a valid payment method. Usage may be billed per minute, per API call, or per subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Prices may change with prior notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the service to:

• Break any laws or regulations
• Harm, harass, or defraud others
• Send spam or fraudulent messages
• Record users without consent (where required by law)
• Create harmful, misleading, or abusive AI agents
• Interfere with the platform, servers, or networks

Violations may result in account termination.

7. AI Assistants & Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with partners such as Twilio, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, and Cloudflare. Their terms also apply. We are not responsible for outages or failures on their side, and data may be processed through these providers. Your use must comply with all partner policies.

8. Data & Content

By using the service, you grant Gromman LLC permission to process audio, voice, images, and other data required to operate the service, store logs and analytics, and record or transcribe calls where legally permitted. You retain ownership of your content. We do not sell personal data.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, interfaces, designs, and technologies used within the service are the property of Gromman LLC. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission. Developers retain rights to their assistant models hosted on the marketplace.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse telephony or AI features, fail to pay, or engage in illegal activity. You may request termination of your account at any time via the support form.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gromman LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Voice or audio accuracy is not guaranteed. Third-party outages (e.g., Twilio) are outside our control. You use the service at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gromman LLC from any claims arising from your use of the service, your AI assistants, customers, or violations of law or these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
